A walk with David in and around Allestree, 4.3 miles. On mainly hard surfaces except for parkland and woodland paths some of which could have a covering of Mud / Leaves. Coffee/tea break when we reach Woodland Church (2.1 miles) Dogs on Leads please.
Risk assessment
No stiles. A couple of small grassy park hills, take care if wet. Some paths, slippery with fallen leaves. Some woodland paths may have hidden brambles, Tripping hazard, Take care. We will cross over many minor estate roads, take care, the busier roads we will cross via Zebra or Pelican crossings. Take extra care when crossing at the Duffield Road A6 and Park Lane Junction. Mostly Footway walking, so dogs on leads at all times please.
